Monness Luxury Hair ships from Lagos, Nigeria. After payment is confirmed, we prepare and dispatch your order according to the timelines below. Exact delivery windows for your address also appear at checkout when you select a shipping option.
Complimentary shipping applies on qualifying orders of ₦500,000 and above (door delivery). Store pickup is always free.
Delivery methods
- Door delivery - courier delivery to the address you provide at checkout.
- Store pickup - collect your order from our Lagos store after we confirm it is ready. There is no shipping fee for pickup.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing time is separate from transit time.

Timelines below are counted in business days from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date you place the order.

Delays can occur due to courier networks, customs (for international orders), incorrect addresses, or public holidays. We will contact you if a delay is expected after dispatch.
Shipping fees
Door delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Fees may differ for Lagos, other Nigerian states, and destinations outside Nigeria. The amount shown at checkout before you pay is the fee that applies to your order.
Tracking & delivery issues
Once your order ships, we share tracking or courier details where available. If your package does not arrive within the timeline above, contact us within 48 hours of the latest expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.
